The Divriği Ulu Mosque and Darüşşifa, one of the most important monuments of Sivas, the city of culture, which makes a journey to different times of history, are the first architectural structures in Turkey to be listed as World Heritage sites by UNESCO. During the period of Mengücek Principality, which was connected to the Anadolu Selcuklu State, The Grand Mosque was built by Ahmet Shah, son of Süleyman Shah, and the Darüşşifa by Melike Turan Melek. The chief architect of the building complex, which was started in 1228 and completed in 1243, is Hürrem Shah of Ahlatlı. The crown Gates reflect the rarest and finest examples of the rich stonework of Anatolia. Another feature that attracts the attention and attention of the world with its motifs, which fascinates the beholders and makes this work different and unique is the fact that none of the tens of thousands of motifs, which are thought to be symmetrical when viewed from a distance, are processed with the crown relief technique, has ever repeated itself again. Although Darüşşifası is a hospital where patients recover their health with the sound of water, sound acoustics are also considered in it. There is no other like it in Turkish-Islamic Art.
